The backstory:
Back in April I did a benefit art show for my friend, Nick Bittakis from Diesel Fuel Prints, who had shattered his kneecap while skating at Burnside. He was touched by the gesture and to show his appreciation he did an art print for me. It came just in time, on June 30th I suffered a heart attack and the next day I had surgery to unblock 3 arteries. I was very lucky and am now on the path to recovery, but I also now have $35,000 in hospital bills and no insurance. The proceeds from this print will help me pay rent and eat while I get my strength back.

Klutch is a good friend and has been for several years, we first started exploring stencils together in 2003, and he has done a lot for the street/stencil arts here in the US.
He started the often imitated but never duplicated Vinyl Killers which has had 4 annual shows thus far and is still an open call show and still sponsor free. So that kid who started messing around with art last week can hang next to well known artists – where else are you going to find that now in this scene?
I’m not only a good friend but a big fan also and hope that his print does well so that he can focus on getting better and not things like rent and food.

The Wooster, Juxtapoz, and this forum's postings really brought folks out of the woodwork and my print and paintings have almost all sold out. I still owe $34,000 in medical bills but at least I have rent and food covered while I get back on my feet.
For the past week I have been working literally around the clock putting together a new show and installation that opens this Thursday. The opening will be the 2 month anniversary of my heart attack. So I feel pretty lucky to have put together a whole new show considering that a couple weeks ago I didn't even have the energy to even leave the house to get food.
The prints and paintings will all ship on this Friday, August 31st.
