Couldn't find the Cherri Wood piece at first as it's listed as 'Cherri Woods'. Rata Child. Nice piece but surprised not to have seen it up for offer on the forum first. My next Cherri canvas is nearing completion. She's flat out at present from what I gather.

The Cherri canvas is 'as tall as a 6yr old child' as she puts it. It's called Soon to Depart and it must be about 4ft tall. (122 x 42 Just had to measure it!) The commissioned piece is called 'Return' which I think is the same size. She recently posted it up on her flickr site as a work in progress (pre touch ups, splashes and splodges).

This Print really does have a mixed reception doesn't it, IMO I love it, and if anyone else does they ought to pick them up sooner rather than later, there's only 40 of them and they've been going for a song recently.

Definitely the time to buy this print. I'd really love to see some pics of the lighter rusted finish if any of the three owners are on this forum.

Already posted them on the Guy Denning forum but thought I'd share it with you over here too. I've sent it straight off to mrframeman and will post pics on return. I've always had thing about Chinooks! I suspect this is another one that will invite a split response. This is a great piece in the flesh IMO.

He he he. ;D . Yeah thats why i thought today was a good day. I know its not award ceremony day or anything but i would just like to say thank you to asbestos for being such a friendly bloke and replying to emails. He says he rust proofed the thing with two heavy coats and has offered to touch it up if ever it ever needs it. You don;t get customer service like that that often these days. +1 to Asbestos.

rotten - by conrad leach - this is a one off commission on canvas i had done 5 years ago - i don`t think the photo does it justice its a big piece 4 foot by 4 foot- my 9 year old neice recently said - i know who that is now chris he is the bloke off i`m a celebrity get me out of here aint he - hahahahah - leach is apparently really big in japan but not here.
not a limited edition or anything but i got this from proud galleries
6/100 - bought this a few months ago saw it in a review bit of one of the sunday papers- guitars and guns very much in the image of the clash i think. this is the other gerald laing stuff - they are a set called baby baby wild things - they are all 67/200 apart from one 141/200 which is a bit annoying - he done these in the same period as bardot - they came in a shocking pink velvet portfolio done up in sky blue ribbons and white lace - well camp ! - clare picked these up from the bar i mentioned and met gerald - a right old charmer apparently
gerald laing 107/200 - this print was done in 1968 in new york- he hung around with warhols crowd and done a load of this stuff around the time , he obviously did not sell a lot because he still had them when i bought them 8/9 years ago ! - this print was behind the counter in duffer in the early 90`s when the shop was in d`arblay st and i had always loved the image - and then about 8/9 years ago clare and i were walking past a bar just off carnaby st and i saw the print hanging on the wall - and it was like - i got too find out where i can get that - went in and asked about it and it was gerald laings sons bar - the guy gave me laings number and i got the print off of him , he lives in a mentally big castle up in the highlands of scotland - i then bought some more of his stuff which i will send - unfortunately habitat done a poster of this a few years ago - he is a sculptor mainly and he has sculptures outside bluewater ( we think) and deffo outside twickenham rugby ground .
you know these , they keep saying on POW that there is only 5 left - alix and i bought 1 each and it still says 5 left -

The asbestos one looks really cool, what is it, painting? Photo? it looks very detailed
I think its an unusual and/or unique combination of both photo and painting. Its asbestos's special technique. I don't know any more than that. This is his web site ....

MEMBERS โข Please Post & Share Links to New PRINT RELEASES and Auctions below
Daniel Silk โข The number or Boards and Threads continues to fall as we simplify the layout of the forum.
Daniel Silk โข I hear a lot of Artists complaining about Instagram in the past year, how it used to be a good tool for Artists, but it's not good anymore, is that true?
anyaart โข For Brett Kern fans, I noticed there is a spinosaurus for sale on E-Bay. It's a limited edition, one of only 60 made. This is the rarest of his dinosaurs. I am not the seller. I already have the same dino purchased in 2016. I've never seen one up for sale
Daniel Silk โข Apology โข Sorry I have been offline this past few weeks, due to a very bad Fever. I'm slowly getting better, step by step, and catching up with things here on the forum on the days I'm well enough. Thank you for your understanding.
Boy Wonder โข I read that they were more or less nicked the same day they went up. Loads of fakes exist.
milou2 โข Would love to see any photos of Banksy's first exhibition at the Severnshed in Bristol (2000). Who was there?*
jirr โข Hi all, over here in the states. Pandemic put me out of business, need to sell this asap. Please send offers thanks so much
matgab โข Steven Harrington - Gotcha first ed for sale.
1nkling โข I can't help but think that a more reasonable tier for people who just want to support the work you guys do would raise more income. Then other tiers for those that want specialist benefits.
1nkling โข As soon as I saw the heading for the email I thought 'Oh yeah, I use that place a lot. I'd happily support it'. Not at ยฃ40 a month though. I have a paid sub for a Formula 1 site I use that is very active. They have a high uptake on subs at ยฃ12 a year.
1nkling โข Pricing on the new supporters sub seems a bit poorly thought out. ยฃ40 a month to have a pinned sale thread being the only listed benefit?
Daniel Silk โข The forum now has more than half the number of Boards than it had a year ago! As we work towards simplifying the layout.
ashj52 โข Hi everyone; does anyone know where I may be able to find a George condo prism print? Any guidance on price would also be much appreciated! I contacted AA, they said they cannot disclose whether there will be any further drops this year.
