There are still some one can find online in second hand bookstores and I recommend you get a copy. Its a lovely little book (edition of just 2500 copies) with pictures of Bastny's works. You can imagine my surprise as I opened it, only to see that it was signed by Bast himself! The price didn't reflect this afore-mentioned detail, which truly made my day!

I got these pieces back from MFM today and as usual heโs blown me away with his attention to detail and talent, heโs really done them justice, in particular the swimmers by Katherine Bradford. Thereโs very little wall space left, we have a son arriving and funds are basically gone so that means Iโm now on an art ban! Iโm still not interested in selling anything and Iโll continue to add to my collection when the situation allows! Im
always interested in Bradford pieces, the colours and subject matter send me into some kind of trance. Art can be very powerful.

I was impressed by how quickly they arrived from the America, 10 days in total.

I collect photography as well as art and I've just added this piece to my collection, I love how the chicken literally looks like it's saying " what the fuck that's my egg". It's by a young lady called Cami Lemoine who I have met a couple of times. She graduated this year and is shortly to commence her masters in fashion image at Central St Martins in London. You can find her on instagram she also has a website.
