i got one of this, slicks art is becoming more & more expensive, im just glad i was able to pick up few pieces at a very reasonable price

Really cool series. Artists name is Cayla Birk. She paints Pantone swatches with 3d patterns in background then provides a empty Pantone spray paint can which doubles as a cypher. You input the numbers off the paint code and get a message related to the subject, I believe this one says pop art.

Joan was born in England but spent a large part of her life in Scotland. Up until she died I believe in 1963. She painted kids in the poorer parts of Glasgow in the 50/60s. As well as landscapes. She's always been top of my list of artists I would like to own a original of, but unfortunately her work is way out of my price range. Her work comes up for sale now and again at auction but I believe her estate and the national galleries of Scotland hold most of her work now. In my opinion she was ahead of her time, and doesn't get the recognition she deserves. Would love to know what you think of her work.
