Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by caddyshack on Jan 14, 2011 10:36:53 GMT 1, These are 'my girls'. I even say goodnight to them when I go to bed (sad eh??)
The favourite is the Tits and Terror (bought from a forum member), followed by Dirty Bomb and then Butterfly Girl (the first Hush i ever bought).
The Geisha Hush's (Blue, Graf Glimmer and Tryptich) are hanging in the lounge.

Well spotted. The DFace tenner and American Depress in a black glass block frame. They look fantastic. It on the corner of the stair case so you see the DFaces then Tits n Terror as you come up the stairs.
I also have Love/Hate and want to put it opposite the girls but the girlfriend isn't too keen on the image. i was lucky to get these ones on the wall...

Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by rinaceirde on Jan 14, 2011 11:51:13 GMT 1, Love the idea of this thread gives a chance to see art that may not otherwise get posted here.. A toss up between my Conor Harrington original and this piece by Robert Ballagh but I think maybe its just because this piece is of real sentimental value to me that it gets the nod.Its huge 6ft x 4 ft but I really love it.

I can't understand why every wall in My house can't be part of MY man cave. I have just bought her Dran LTF Black and White (still waiting for it from POW though) so hopefully she'll let me get Love/Hate framed and up on the wall.

Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by saint on Jan 14, 2011 12:24:02 GMT 1, great thread, nice to see so many different answers!
Coach i have my Golf Sale framed EXACTLY the same as that, weird. One of my faves as well, would be a tie with my bombhugger i think for first place at the mo. I've just rehung them back out in the lounge after winning an argument with my missus about what should go where (the first argument i've won in 5 years i would think).
Saying that i also rather like my Fake Warship canvas which is a 1/1.... Actually i like everything i have framed or on canvas equally, so i'm no help here whatsoever.....
I'll get me coat.

Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by sand on Jan 14, 2011 15:06:49 GMT 1, Some absolute crackers on the last two pages!
Lovely McGee Afroken, stunning Obey piece Harveyn...always loved 'new world odor' since I saw it at the Trueman Brewery a few years back.
And superb Eine Andy'77..love the glitter canvases.
I don't have a very big collection, but one piece I never grow tired of is my Sickboy commission:

Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by Harveyn on Jan 14, 2011 15:38:07 GMT 1, Darn Sand I promised myself to try and keep to my Auerbach and McGinness wish list. That Sickboy is a beauty and its made me think about some other artists I would still like to have a piece by, Sickboy and Jaybo being two.
Andy that EINE is really striking. Love the detail on the frame. Can I ask where you had that framed?

Whats the favorite work of art you own?, by Happy Shopper on Jan 14, 2011 17:17:33 GMT 1, If anyone had a Banksy canvas, I'm sure it would be here. To be honest, POW prints aren't very good. So you may love the Banksy image, but it's not a thing of real beauty.
