im not 100% but surely if its number 67/500 it should be signed?? correct me if im wrong

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the early, therefore the low numbered prints, had the Banksy tag on the leg of one of the policemen.

the problem with the early HND's is that they are remarkably inconsistent, even the typeset of "have a nice day" differs from some to others. the whole banksy stamp location thing i'm not sure of but again would not be surprised if they differ a little. also, even if the first 100 were signed, doesn't mean 1-100 are signed, it just means that 100 were signed. so if there were only 50 signed (and yes there were 30 a/p's) the fact number 65 was signed or unsigned could afterall be irrelavant.
i would have absolutely no reason to doubt this set, the framing in every picture is of the same method, the pow receipt for JD is genuine but i can't attribute it to this seller.
i would happily bid, so long as i could try before i buy. what makes me a bit suss, is that he may stand to make more money selling them individually and what seller is gonna pass up that opportunity?
also, the question that is answered, it's convenient that he happens to be away when the asker is in town?
not saying it's dink, just think before you bid. one or two things need addressing and further questions/photos/providence etc. before i would part with any money.

I think they were stamped in two different places, some on the leg, the others in the corner. I checked another Japanese seller out two weeks ago and the WSM print was legit, gutted as I forgot to bid and the WSM went for a steal

Looks like a fantastic deal for that set of prints though. I'm also quite sure that it was only the first 50 of HND that were printed.
