eBay second chance offers - Be Aware or Beware, by lesroy on Aug 8, 2006 13:50:51 GMT 1, I have just had one of these for the "Have a nice Day" print. It sold (allegedly) for ยฃ1,681 and yet the email below states I can have it for my highest bid of ยฃ791.
Read this... I assume this is one of the dodgy ones.

Hello, The highest bidder on my auction did not came up with the amount that he needed to pay for the item and according to eBay rules I must ask the next bidder in line if he wants to buy it before I relist it. So if you want to buy the my productat a price equal to your last entered bid please reply back with your full name and your eBay id and I will start the transaction as soon as possible.  cant see whats fake about the email, but sure  the bidding looks a bit suspect, and I would defiantly NOT go though with the deal
