Maybe he offered more to try and compensate for it........? It is bizzare I agree.

How the hell does this work???, by saajid22 on Apr 16, 2007 12:12:57 GMT 1, maybe it was because the seller wanted to show that he wasn't going to accept any low offers. pretty wierd whatever happened. i don't think the buyer was trying to compensate as he could have just bought the item using buy it now. did the item sell?
