I would say Dave white is more famous for his "sneaker paintings" than anything else... There are similarities, but have a read of the magazine and you will see Meggs's work varies from true graffiti right through to very nice printing and stencilling technics. VERY different in my opinion.

Hey notworthit, I don't agree with that statement as apart from the obvious similarity that they have both worked with the theme of superheros. Dave's work is very considered and every brush stroke is thought about for a long time before it is applied to the canvas, whereas I would say Meggs has a much more fluid painting style and his work has more movement on the canvas.
Either way both are incredibly talented artists.
