er, I mean, it is in fact unsigned.
To be honest Im entertaining a few offers that dont involve any cash exchange. Ive only just recieved this print and am GUTTED to be even considering parting with it, it was an act of generousity that I even got it in the first place. But the misses, whom I thought might appreciate it upon viewing, has not budged, and is adamantly opposed to this print. Perhaps she too may end up on the 'soon to be exes for swap' thread that seems likely to pop up.
That said I know the arguments vis a vis value and current market and what not, but I will not be posting this on ebay and contributing to the escalating gold rush there. My belief is that there are plenty here who value the art more than the payout and would rather avoid having to barter, haggle, trade up, trade down to get the one piece they want. Dont get me wrong, Im not a utopian or a communist, everyone has the right to do as they please and make monies where warranted, but it only takes the one right person with the one right pairing to avoid the madness and have everyone come away happy.
I did negotiate with the missus that in the event this crazy scheme doesnt work out I get to keep the print(although maybe not on the wall...we'll see how her resolve holds) AND she cant hassle me about it.
Apologies for the respect loss on my account, I will go the members section and find out how to give you my only point.
Alas young respect point, I knew you well....
