no signed banksy on the bay, by jffriedman on Feb 2, 2007 5:25:52 GMT 1, Anybody else find it peculiar that currently there are no signed banksy prints on ebay right now, considering how many auctions there have been over the past six months?
On another note, I am intereted to see what people think the most undervalued banksy print is (value being best defined by what we all see people are willing to purchase these prints off ebay.
Any thoughts?

no signed banksy on the bay, by Curley on Feb 2, 2007 11:05:33 GMT 1, IMO i think that selling signed Banksy prints on E bay is a mugs game, there are plenty galleries out there that will pay very well for signed copies (and even unsigned). They have lists of very wealthy people who want to have a Banksy on the wall.
For example i helped a friend out at xmas and sold her copy of the Grannies for ยฃ700 (just a bit better than E bay prices). 
I know when the time comes to pay off the credit cards etc and maybe sell one or two prints thats the route i will be taking.

A month ago one was available from Punk Daisy for ยฃ2,000. Last week a Jack and Jill (signed) went for ยฃ1,800 this week one sold for ยฃ2,300 or so. I'm not sure if anything by banksy is undervalued at the moment but if I had to list a couple of prints that are likely to appreciate I'd say the Gangsta rats and Turf War.
