Download festival, by Wiseblood on Jun 9, 2007 16:47:17 GMT 1, Bit of a random one, but i have 2 weekend VIP tickets inc camping to the download festival (i know it started yesterday) but there is still tomorrows line up to see.
Single day tickets (not vip) are 60 pound each plus booking charges and delivery. (works out at 72 each i think) VIP are 286 for the weekend.
Id be happy with a signed banksy or 60 for the pair your call plus if you gun it you can still make linken park or the crue. the tickets get you into the VIP area and the vip camping so you can get lashed with tommy lee then stay over the night
Im in Middlesbrough, the buyer will have to collect as the mail man wont get you them till monday which is pointless.
My pound button has stopped working if someone is wondering why nothing has a value before it.
Thanks

Download festival, by discoduster on Jun 9, 2007 18:26:11 GMT 1, Those VIP/Hospitality areas are just where the media/record company staff/liggers/complimentaries etc hang out.
Very rarely see any actual bands there (altho I did nearly get into a fight with a couple from Towers Of London at Reading VIP a couple years ago! )
Good luck with shifting the tkts mate. I'd love to have gone myself.

Bit of confusion between us both here mate, the tickets you can buy that claim to be vip are called rip for download that are like you say, just media personel in VIP/Hospitality areas.
My sister works for nokia and got these though work, which are actual vip tickets, so everything bar backstage. These tickets arent to sale to the general public but apparently can be bought by members of staff of the sponsering companies, for the same price as a normal weekend ticket. think thats it, ive just rang her and shes drunk
