I doubt the city girl 76 will ever be worth much more than the 150. City girl 150 is his most celebrated piece. I would imagine this time next year we will look at ยฃ820 as a steal. Hound dogz are hand touched up too and nicer than city girl 76 IMO but i bet we see people wanting to swap them for a city girl 150. Saying that, don't listen to me, I thought Baldwin was a winner.

I personally prefer the City Girl 76 to the 150, but maybe that cause I have a 76 and not a 150

Mine got caught by customs and has been sitting there for days, I only just paid the ยฃ25 by phone. Are you sure you haven missed the customs letter?

I don't think i received any shipping details from the the Choe HQ.
I got a customs form saying something was stuck in the customs in london and and a demand for ยฃ25 to release it (from usa) ...... and another American delivery company tried deliver something to my house but but 'failed'. They could have only been choe's for sure. Really annoying, the American postal service is badly designed for limey's to speak to them (cant even email them outside of the USA because the form does not allow a none usa address's and the customs failed to delver this morning like they said they would). I'm going to have to cruise the local post offices tomorrow morning.

I think in this case it may prove to be a school boy error. If you've got twice as many apples as oranges but 9 out of 10 people prefer apples.... then you've got a very confusing analogy thats not going to really help anyone this late on a school night. ;D
I've thought about the whole customs thing and the 'failed' delivery. I think they are the same thing. Therefore hound dogz hasn't been sent out yet to the UK and no one needs to worry. I can confirm that tomorrow morning.

I like the city girl 150 but I don't think it is the edition size that turns people off. If you check out the Jonathan Levine Gallery you can see pics of the original and trust me the print is not anywhere close to replicating it...its hard for a flat print to capture the mixed media of the original.
The city girl 76 is not exactly a new piece as you can see an earlier incarnation he did when he was painting the FACEBOOK OFFICE. They are both fresh but I assure you that the amount paid for this city girl150 is way above market and its not even close. Two months ago that price could have scored almost two (small) original mixed media paintings from his last show...
Because of the hand embelishments I think the city girl 76 has a little more lasting market power...However, I buy art because I like it. That is why I am stuck with all this fools gold

Agree. Andrew from Outer Edge did an incredible job with this print. The execution, from paper to color-matching to clarity/detail, is top quality. 'City Girl' was a stunning, jaw-dropping original. 'City Girl'(150) does it justice.
