Andy Warhol ๐บ๐ธ Real or Fake? โข Sunday B. Morning Print, by Poly Mindset on Jul 2, 2016 5:50:28 GMT 1, I never have been a fan of Mr. Brainwash and the Marilyn thing just seems like it doesn't need to be done again, but to each their own. If you want a nice Warhol Marilyn print just to hang I've got about 5 of these in my flat file I'd let go for $15 ea. +s/h and PP fees, any quantity. Printed in 1998 in Germany, Published by te Neues. Printed on thick paper approx. 24" x 32" image is 22" x 22". Perfect condition and definitely out of print.

Are some of these more valueable then others? Thanks in advance! Approximately 100 were signed, the edition was unlimited. Published by Factory Additions, New York.
Signed ones go for $20k USD in auction setting. If it's 71 then it's the blue variant. Most of these (blue, yellow, purple) are from an unlimited edition with about 100 being signed or stamp signed. The 71 commands the most money.

Andy Warhol ๐บ๐ธ Real or Fake? โข Sunday B. Morning Print, by Flat Blak Gallery on Mar 30, 2017 17:39:21 GMT 1, Looking into buying my first Warhol-print, but I am not familiar with his prints and where to buy them. Any tips for galleries who sell his prints in the lower end of the price scale? Do all prints come with COA from the AW foundation? Best regards Hey Gulosten, Did you end up buying a Warhol print? I sold a lot of Warhol's over the last decade through my parents gallery, Broschofsky Galleries, in Sun Valley, ID www.brogallery.com We primarily dealt in his Cowboys and Indians Series but also dabbled into Endangered Species, Mao, Muhammad Ali, Chanel, Cologne Cathedral, Flowers, Soup Cans, and the list goes on. You would most likely only get a COA from the gallery selling the piece. The foundation has stamped most pieces on the back along with the various printers that he used (also many are embossed). It goes without saying that Warhol produced a lot of work in a huge variety of subject matter so finding what you like may be really easy or really difficult depending on how you look at it. With the amount of work produced, there are a lot of reproductions, fakes and also legit Warhols that are less desirable (unsigned publisher proofs). Also, condition issues are common and a big deal. Many of these have been conserved to a point where it's difficult for even a trusted and knowledgeable dealer to notice. With all of that said- if you're going to buy a Warhol buy it from a trusted source and even then it doesn't hurt to get a second opinion. My parents and I are still involved in the Warhol market and keep a pretty good eye on what's out there and available. Occasionally a good buy pops up. I'm happy to keep an eye out or put the feelers out there to my associates if you're ever looking for something in particular. Don't hesitate to reach out, I'm happy to help in any way I can.

Andy Warhol ๐บ๐ธ Real or Fake? โข Sunday B. Morning Print, by Gallery Art on Apr 3, 2017 22:52:19 GMT 1, For the last 30 years, Gallery Art has been Buying, Selling and Trading Warhol Prints. Located in Aventura, FL, halfway between the Fort Lauderdale and Miami Airports. We have over 100 Warhol prints featured in our world class fine art collection. All of our Warhol Prints are hand signed and numbered as per the Feldman Catalog Raisonne 1962-1987.
All of our artwork can be viewed LIVE using our high powered, interactive web cams on GallArt.com. Complete with zoom and pan capabilities you will be able to get close enough to view a signature, edition number and condition for yourself! Our web cams are available 24/7 and you can event take a virtual tour of our 8,000 sq. ft. showroom. It's super simple, "1-Click, That's It" - No download required.
We stand behind all of the artwork sold at Gallery Art. Each work is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity and backed by our "Lifetime Guarantee Exchange Policy" which allows you to exchange the artwork you purchased from Gallery Art towards another item in stock and receive the exact amount you paid in store credit towards any other piece. We only require that you must have your original receipt showing the sale amount.
Some of our Warhols', have additional Authenticity Labels on the verso from Past Galleries, considered experts in this field or major Auction Houses such as Martin Lawrence, Sotherby's, Christie's and Bonhams which provides documentation and a record of provenance which is very important since the Warhol Foundation no longer authenticates.
We are always interested in buying available works by Warhol. Gallery Art is the fastest way to receive your money. Gallery Art will pay you the same day after the work is inspected.

Andy Warhol ๐บ๐ธ Real or Fake? โข Sunday B. Morning Print, by Daniel Silk on Jul 14, 2017 17:41:20 GMT 1, I think these can be bought direct very cheaply. I looked into it a while ago. I believe the first edition of Sunday B Morning prints (The ones printguru mentioned with a black stamp on the back) were commissioned by Warhol for a European show, but later he changed his mind and the show was canceled and the prints never acknowledged as "Official". I think that's right !!? Google it!

Nice try, but this was an official publisher of Warhol prints, he even signed some of the first edition ones, and I'm fairly sure they must do these with some kind of licence... Can't imagine whoever owns the Warhol licence allowing them to do these for free (unless the images are out of copyright, or something), so not really the same as WCP ... Although I can see why it might seem that way.
