Doubt it. 'Weaponry' is spelled incorrectly for a start!
Edit: Googling turns up a couple of results that look similar.
However the numbering and lettering on top of the barcode don't match, neither does the barcode itself.

Asked the seller a few questions, things dont seem to add up in my opinion, age, style, he has said it was couriered to him, even though banksy shared a workshop with his father, when asked about the when he got it, he stated 2004 but it had been kicking about his dads workshop for a while, so could be older. Why has it been kicking about his dads workshop when it was courriered to him? sounds like Bull droppings to me.

Same as this almost.. from around 97-98. Guy says his dad shared a space with Banksy and got left a few pictures. But no way to check it out, so pretty meaningless. If not real then a very close copy.
