What was banksy's first print? was it on POW? How much? how long did it take to sell out?
When did pow start? which artists did it have in the early days? Was banksy its first artist?

Banksy/pow History Lesson, by cashman on Jun 4, 2008 19:15:48 GMT 1, rude copper was pretty early on and would have taken months to sell out. Im shaw some1 with the stats is gonna come on with all the info and tell you for shaw, but originals were ยฃ300-500 and you could spend months pondering over which purchase to make on the prints

Banksy/pow History Lesson, by Prescription Art on Jun 4, 2008 19:17:18 GMT 1, The first print was Rude Copper... edition of 250 of which roughly 50 were signed. The first 10 or so had a spray painted background saying 'FUCK THA POLICE' (though obviously without the ridiculous swear filter... turn it off Sillky for god's sake!)
Second print was Bomb Middle England.
BUT............ A few weeks ago 'A Little Bird' said that there were prints before this. And he'd know. He wouldn't, however, give any more information. The tease.
The other one available was 'The Kid' by Hewlett;
Then there were a load of prints up by Faile, Bast, Mode2, 3D & Insect.
You might be able to see some here:
