Now, surely this means one of the above parties is SELLING OUT. Either underground graffiti artist/vandal Banksy is selling out by accepting the Microsoft pound (Point), or Microsoft is selling out by trying to buy itself a bit of urban cool by associating itself with the shy ladder-carrier.
Somebody, somewhere, is selling out. You, however, now have the option of splashing out your MS Points to buy yourself a new Banksy theme to go on your Xbox 360. Available now. Looking a bit like this:
It would be much better if the Banksy Theme just installed itself mysteriously overnight right over the top of your old theme, but presumably that would have privacy implications. Looks good."

No idea what it looks like and as my 360 isn't linked up to the net unlikely to otherwise (unless the link shows it, which I guess I should have checked first before write this tripe  )

Actually he would unless there is a contract. The work would belong to the wall owner though (probably). There is a difference between owning the copyright and owning a copy - think of books.
