if you're still looking for signed the you should. you'll struggle to get anything signed for that, in fact you just won't. no way.
if you miss out on trollies you should still be able to get a nice piece (unsigned) for that price. spend some time between now and then really focusing in one or two pieces you really love, then be patient and check completed listings for a rough guide, then make your move. if you careful, thorough and patient you can get real good value for money.

go to the top of the site and look through all the info on the limited edition prints. there you can find all sorts of info on each respective print and start narrowing down your choices.
unless you have a bottomless pit of cash you need to consider carefully which one(s) in particular you want. it's no good buying one, having it for a few months then selling it to buy another, then again and again. the only people to benefit from that would be ebay and paypal.
there's loads of info up there so go have a look and see what you like.

forgive me if i appear to be repeating myself but you will never in a million years find anyone who will sell a signed banksy at cost. fact.
stop kidding yourself and look for a nice unsigned to fall back on should you miss out on trollies, a signature isn't the be all and end all but you need to be realistic and nothing under ยฃ3.5k will get you a signed print now. sorry.

flag is a fair price but you need to ensure it is in mint condition. the paper it's printed on is very fingerprint prone and any imperfections, no matter how minor, will show.
applause is a very good price, it's a great print too, though you really need to see it to fully appreciate it. it is huge too, over 1m wide.
i fought the law is a reasonable price. it is a strange print that seems to go up and down quite a bit, i've seen them go for under ยฃ600 but equally over ยฃ800 on occasion so ยฃ650 is good.
as for the release of trollies, it could be any day in the future. there are three remaining LA prints and trollies is one. there is no guarantee what order they will come and to give you a guide, the first, grannies, was released back in october last year. so it could easily take until christmas to see the sixth and final release - don't hold your breath.
it really is as vague as that i'm afraid. if you go over to ebay, search banksy, then the name of the print, in the advanced search setting then look for completed listings only. this should give you a rough idea of recent values, though you have to take into account short-term peaks and troughs. ie. if there are a few of any single print on ebay they tend to be at the lower end, if there hasn't been one on there for a while then the price may be a bit higher.
have a look, you'll get my drift. couple of monkey queens on at the mo i think, good classic if it's in budget.
