Photo copyright - advice needed, by icky on Feb 21, 2008 22:17:43 GMT 1, I just got a question from a researcher for japanese TV to use one of my photos in a "programme" about Banksy.
I'm not a professional photographer and I wonder if I should be flattered and go with the flow or demand anything in return. If I want I will be credited for it, but nothing else is offered.
And if I offer them it for free how should I phrase it so they can't use it for any other purposes?
Any opinions?

If it were me, i would be inclined to charge a fee, but that's because i've been burned in the past with people using my images for reasons other than stated.
