yes I saw it there but there is also a comment suggesting it's painted very well. I can't imagine him saying that about his own piece. Also it's on Kelsey Brookes blog here

and there is no mention it's a banksy although there is the peace dove on there and he credits banksy for that one. Maybe Banksy just liked it and put it on his site.

But yes, it did turn out quite fantastic, didn't it? It's right across the street from Blu's Missing Tooth Orbit Gum billboard.
There's a street in Bethlehem that really looked gorgeous. The reason? The artist's all stayed in the same hotel, and the walk up the hill to Manger Square was strenuous enough that they would often stop to catch a breath, and catch some tags at the same time... Most of the work is still up; it's near the Three Kings Hotel between a Cairo Amman Bank billboard and another one... The placement was so superb.

I dont know either way, but it is on banksy's site...and since every single other thing on his site is by him...I'm kninda inclined to think that he did it...
