Apart from those lucky Americans with their favourable time-difference, the slight flurry seems to have stopped from UK sellers. Was rather hoping a flood would bring prices down to an affordable level (temporarily).

Sepias have gone between ยฃ2600-ยฃ3500 while a signed B&W has gone for between ยฃ2500-ยฃ3000. Seems to be fairly bog standard with +/- ยฃ900 varation in prices, i guess there are some "deals" if you call spending that much cash a deal  For me, I call that over half a year's rent!

you got it! i'd be in the dumps if i did pay council tax. also helps that we live in an overseas student housing association which keeps the rent down  the real problems come when Iโm finished and have to start paying real world costs!

i like that plan! been doin somethin similar for the past 10 years! perhaps i'l finish my phd and then just start again
