I've got a couple of hours to kill in London (meeting in Picadilly) tomorrow and was wondering if there is anything "arty" going on... the plan back when I booked the meeting was to swing by the Ghetto, but I feel this may be a little out of my way now...
Anything going on that I should see?

Couple of hours to kill in London tomorrow, by JD on Dec 16, 2007 22:01:13 GMT 1, Pop art at the portrait gallery is good and near Piccadilly on the charing cross road, same road is the new Laz print shop although I havent been to this. Lazerides in Greek st is always worth a look and so is Elms Lesters but check the web to see if anything on there. Round the corner from Elms is Art republic although more for looking than buying unless they smell the coffee. If you have time check out TLSG and Black Rat but it sounds like too far away for you if you only have a couple of hours near Piccadilly. Not sure whats on at Black Rat but loads of good graff in the street from Banksy and Eine right outside.

TLSG looks good though maybe a little far in the time I have (its on the agent's credit card, so more than a few beers involved I hope!)... maybe seek out Laz, I think, followed by graff spotting if I have time to kill.
