I think the idea was to allow fans, who were obviously connected in as opposed to waiting to pounce on something to flip.
You'll notice the signed Swoons are already gone (still unsigned left), It was nice to actually have the chance to look at it, decide if I wanted to buy one rather than have vultures come in and sweep them up. In the end I passed as I have, according to my Mrs, too many prints that look like Oxfam ads... Suit, if you become a contributing member of the forum, I'm sure ppl will share this info with you if they didnt already.

Very true, there is nothing against Lurkers but with the amount of members who do not post, what should we think when everyone pops up when something new is out?

Check out the rush on Argentine (not Argentinian...) artists on eyestorm, then go direct to source and get them for a tenth of the price eyestorm want. For an original.

I understand why people are afriad to publish the url here because of flippers/baggers but in turn it's just turned it into an elitist, secret club kinda thing which goes against the ethos of why i like it. if they want only a select few to see their prints and have an opportunity to buy them rather than the average joe on the street then fine. It's just not for me, there's plenty of art to go around.

You can't do that AFTER somebody buys it. Not a good start on the customer satisfation end. Oh you can get a refund - not really because you'll get hit w/the paypal conversion fees...
