Brass picture hangers, by a4mnt on Oct 21, 2007 18:40:40 GMT 1, Was just about to ask where to buy these brass hangers, but have now found them, i think, so can at least share the 'find' with everyone else.
I don't think the normal picture hangers that you nail in are man for the job, especially in stud walls hung with something as large as JD. The other solution is a straight screw in the wall with a rawlplug, but that lends the beautifully framed expensive prints to being knocked off the wall when flatmates/friends/yourself slide along walls in the dark when drunk, trying to find the toilet!
So these hangers look ideal.

Brass picture hangers, by dmandpenfold on Oct 21, 2007 21:07:49 GMT 1, i use same as CBL but use the pins and at least 2 hangers for each picture, if you angle the pins right the stud wall shouldn't pose a problem.... drunk friends are a different challenge of course
