I ordered (and paid for) 2 x Ian francis prints from these people on 18th September.
I have heard NOTHING at all.
Anyone else in the same boat before I ball them out!?

Collectors Prints WTF!?, by buster on Oct 22, 2007 13:31:37 GMT 1, Ordered stuff through them, they are usually good, but a bit slow at the moment, Ian hasnt been in to sign a batch of prints since early august and they have a large backload, I spoke to them this morning and they plan to have all the francis prints out by next week. He's been off in the states and whatnot, admittedly that was the same line they fed me back at the tail end of august..... best to give them a quick courtious call just to remind them you are alive and they have yer cash.

I have to say that no contact for over a month is pretty poor customer service.
I also have to add that if the prints are not 'in hand' (i.e. signed) they should not be selling them. They should list them as 'out-of stock' until Ian has signed them and they have the stock to sell.

Ian francis prints for sale...Hotel Porn & Girl with Cat Crozny £400 each & P&P (BTW I haven't ACTUALLY received them yet) but will post as soon as I have.

They are the official sellers of the 250 run prints, so they can sell them, much the same as POW selling prints before they are signed. I ordered on the 12th of August and spoke with them twice, the same excuse both times. Previously I have had nothing but good service from them, and its closer to £250 that £400 for the prints, which come premounted and are the nuts. |

As was mentioned i believe they have been waiting on Ian to sign some prints, but if you haven't heard, drop them a line (best by phone)..it's good to talk
