anyone who's lived in Tower Hamlets will know damn well that graff is the least of the problems.....what about the huge divide developing between the haves (city boys a plenty) and the have nots? What about the poor state of services, if you want a dentist or a GP? what about the homeless situation?

it's one thing for the street pieces to be painted over by other graffers but when 'officials' do it, it really pisses me off.
