But they are books more than magazines... (Miss tic, VLP, Speedy Graphito, Jérôme Mesnager, Faucheur, Paella, l'Atlas, Ernest Pignon Ernest, C215, NoArt, Nemo, Mosko et associés, Stencil Project, and a certain ... Jef something...) 
Has anyone mentioned DE FISH ? It's a Belgian/Dutch street art mag :

There's also GRAFF'IT, good French monthly, but it's more about graff & tag than stencil etc
