Insurance and customs duty, by manchestermike on Oct 11, 2007 11:11:57 GMT 1, Dear all This has been covered before but I can't get anything out of search. Anyone got any tips on having a print sent by registered post from the US to ensure that it is insured for the full amount but at the same time minimises the customs duty and the "collection" payment to the courier at theUK end? Thanks
there isn't really... you have to factor it in... you may get away with it but not definitely...
one thing you could do is use a proper courier, not USPS
