Aaron Johnson, by slowmo on Oct 12, 2007 8:52:43 GMT 1, Went to Pulse last night up on Tavistock square. There was some pretty good stuff there, but one guy totally blew me away. Aaron Johnson makes these massive canvasses, he paints on plastic in reverse and uses collage as well, then peels them off and places them on plastic sheets before applying the finishing touches, the finished work was amazing, so many details. If you can get along go and have a look at the Priska C jushka stand. The piece was £10000, but I am seriously weighing up selling most of my stuff to get a piece! Just stunning, link here to get a rough idea, but you need to see it.
