I agree with you ABC that the demonstration today will do little. While I agree with the mandate of the STWC as I was against the war on Iraq, the time of the STWC has come and gone. I see them now on par with the newspaper selling trots.
At the same time I also believe the march is important for the direct challenge it offers to the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act of 2005 which severely restricts freedom of speech by requiring protestors to seek permission from the state to protest against the state? Can you get more Orwellian than that?
