Royal Mail, by jboy on Oct 8, 2007 22:54:12 GMT 1, Anyone help?...
heres the dilemma:
- was sent an original canvas by a very kind board member - item was undelivered last wednesday as i was at work - strike started wednesday afternoon - item only stays at sorting office for 7 days - cant get hold of anyone at royal mail - strike finishes wednesday / thursday
will the item get returned? If it does can i claim the postage costs back for the other person if they send it again?
If anyone on here works for royal mail can you give me some insight over what i should do?
really fucked off JBOY
