Really pissed off atm. I wanted to buy my first art print and I mailed modo info shop who has a large range of ericailcane.

I really liked Automutilatione, a very small print for only 20 euro's and they said they still had it.

So I mailed them this (I already knew automutilatione was in stock):

Thanks, I can't believe they haven't sold out already. But 155 euro is a bit too expensive for me. But I am interested in automutilazione.
Is it possible to buy two copies of it? (one as a gift for a friend of mine). What would be the total cost then? (with the shipping)

A bit strange but oke fine, I just have to wait. Then received this:

I went back from holiday and in these days we sold the last copy in our shop...
we have in stock now only the big etchings,

Thats just fucking ridiculous , I clearly wanted to buy them first and it should be first come, first served. But because he was the only one that spoke english there and no one took the time to translate it, its fucking out of stock...

Really pissed, its not that its about a lot of money or something but about the idea.

so I send them this

I'm sorry but that is just lousy service. I wanted to buy it first and then, because no one could talk English at your store, it gets sold to a person who was definitely later. It would have been little trouble if they had just took a translation site and translated there posts there.

I'm really put off that, when I made clear that I wanted to buy it, they still sold it to the person who wanted to buy it after me. And they've read the post so thats not an excuse because I got an reply.
