Any one know what the ones are like that are for sale on ebay as for £3 its worth buying instead of doing yourself.

Because of all the talk about putting microchips in people's bins and the possible problem with rats if we go to 2 weekly collections, I bought a Banksy surveillance rat stencil to put on my bin. It's pretty good actually, and only 3 quid.

ebay stencils, by jfury on Oct 1, 2007 9:04:56 GMT 1, I like the idea...I have seen some on bins in my area (not banksy style ones) but one problem, surely it will give someone a further excuse to nick your bin as some idiot thinks they have got themselves an original banksy!?!?!?!?!....and then you have to shell out £60.00 for replacement from the council!
