Is it the image or the limited edition?, by Neate Michael on Sept 20, 2007 14:56:42 GMT 1, If Micallef or Banksy were to release an unlimited edition print would everyone still buy it? I will be honest that I do quite like the limited part, but I would never buy anything I did not like.
I am also considering paying £20 for a Banksy Kate rip off to hang next to a Warhol Marilyn. Framed and hung next to each other they would look quite cool. And besides I do not have £50k for an original.
I'd also love one of the Dirty Deluxe posters... but Mic's site no longer has them.

I agree totally, some of my prints are in editions as low as 40 but go as high as 1000 the number doesn't make any difference to how much I like one compared to the other.

It's all about the image - that's why the image is big and the number is small and in the corner rather than they other way round.
