I suspect that you weren't answered in case you are on a wind up. If not, then Yes, both signed and unsigned.

Yes cheaper in both cases. If I remember correctly unsigned was 250.00 and signed was 500.00. I don't take too much notice of the prices once they've sold out. Hope this helps.
Oh, they all came out on PoW at the same time.

I think the black and white one is more expensive because it is more limited. I think it was something like 150 B&W and 350sepia.

There is also, the B+W version w/gold ink on the picture frame that surrounds "I can't believe you morrons...." AKA, the LA version/show. that print run...I can't verify (another competent LAZ mis-information sale. I didn't get to purchase it, but Agent Bacardi did).where as, the other has green ink in the auctioneers podium numbers.
