Have i got it?

Take a screenshot of your basket as it will tie in the POW order number to teh PROTX order number. You should be able to do this from your browser history so you can send it to POW with your PROTXorder number - lets see what happens.
Damn technology.

All I had on my email was transaction no and the total paid nothing else
I telephoned my card co and the money has been paid to POW so fingers crossed

i entered all my details and the got to a page saying VSP Form Transaction Error!
got a bit fucked off but then recieved email from Protx with my order number and the price i had paid. it didnt give a description, quantity, billing address or postal address so i emailed them questionning this!

It doesn't seem like anyone's got a reciept or indeed it doesn't seem many didn't have that message from protx when paying.
