If you dont get anywhere in that time, then report him to the Police, and contact your bank and explain whats happened and that it is fraudulent, and can the funds be reimbursed?

Ebay knowledge needed..., by dave313perry on Sept 16, 2007 22:27:24 GMT 1, Cheers - Iv promised him a phone call tomorrow and also left a nice message on the ebay dispute console - hinting of legal action, stating times etc and the fact that i have recorded the phone calls - all the kind of stuff as if i were persuing legal action...which i will!
