Not only that but the rats looks a bit lacking in detail.

Is this Banksy?, by Strange Al on Sept 10, 2007 17:59:40 GMT 1, A few years back Bizarre Magazine did a feature on Banksy and gave away a rat stencil. Think it was the same as the one that you're enquiring about. Plus you can pic up pre-cut stencils on ebay for a fiver.
I won't say categorically no, but I really really don't think this is his handy work.

Is this Banksy?, by thedauphin on Sept 10, 2007 17:59:41 GMT 1, The rat is from an article in Bizarre in 2002 where you got the stencil as an insert. So there's probably thousands out there. It's an original Banksy design, but most likely not sprayed by him. And I can't remember seeing B spray several copies of the same stencil on the same spot.
Was it that particular Rat?
