Anyone got any banksy tattoos?, by johnerotten on Aug 24, 2007 8:21:54 GMT 1, seriously considering a "Bomb Hugger" on my forearm.
It would be alot cheaper than buying a print, that's for damn sure. Plus, it won't be some outdated fad tattoo when i'm 60 or 80. War has been around for as long as man and won't dissapear until humans disappear.
I'm also considering a "Girl With Ballon".

seriously considering a "Bomb Hugger" on my forearm. It would be alot cheaper than buying a print, that's for damn sure. Plus, it won't be some outdated fad tattoo when i'm 60 or 80. Can you add any weight to your DONT DO IT? Am I wrong to assume you have loads of tats you regret? If not why so anti?
The best piece of advice on the Do/Don't debate I have ever heard was to get the design/image you wanted on paper, put it in your wallet or somewhere safe. Then wait 12mths and if you look again and still really want it then go for it.
I'm about to have my 1st, but totally non Banksy related.

Going for one on the underside of my wrist. Envisage two hinges opened up to reveal the inner workings of my arm which will be electric circuitry and metal rather than flesh and blood.
Just tryin to find someone to do the artwork to do it justice

To me they have the feel of the tatoo' people get when on holiday, u kno the tazmanian Devil in your clubs colours type but each to there own I spose.
I have 2 tattoo's, the 1st was of my tag shine166 and the 2nd is partly designed by me and a mate but also taken from an original image. The 2nd is of a geiger type image that will look as if its ripping through my skin.
With both of them it was around 2-3 years before thet were started
