It might be original as it's a bit random as in it's not a stencil or obviously a banksy (apart from the rat) so you'd have to be pretty sure it's real otherwise all credibility regarding the other pieces by him for sale would be undermind.
also £20k for a wsm ed of 750 is a bit steep!

Sometimes, the captions and slogans that galleries use can be quite hilarious, methinks! Take LAZinc's slogan, for instance... "Art by people".
