Has this Forum lost it's thread?, by thwaites on Aug 8, 2007 17:11:40 GMT 1, lol say something first ;D (still haven't explained you're inital comment dammit) Stella Im Hultberg on these boards... enough said
But what is wrong with that? It may not be to your taste but some people must like it for her work to be mentioned in the first place. I dont see anything wrong with sharing our different tastes. Someone might post something that may be very different to the work of Banksy, but you might love it.
I love the variety seen on this forum, it would be boring without it.

Has this Forum lost it's thread?, by stuey09 on Aug 8, 2007 17:31:15 GMT 1, Nice point Thwaites. If a person sticks to one artist or one style of art I imagine that over time they would get bored. However, if you diversify and are prepared to broaden your appreciation of other artists styles and themes you will come across work that captures your imagination. Stella fits in with work like Candice Tripp and Cherri Woods in my eye and although I wouldn't line my house with this work, I'm happy to have some in order to offer an alternative to my Banksys, Micallefs, D*Faces, Beejoirs etc. Just keeps things fresh.
Note I didn't namedrop Neate, cos I f**kin' dipped out.

Has this Forum lost it's thread?, by Matt-lock on Aug 8, 2007 18:37:44 GMT 1, That's the thing Crustee...if Stella is not of your tastes then simply don't open the thread. It's as easy as that. It shoudn't bother you that others taste in art is not your own. You never have to subject yourself to those beautiful women in Stella's pieces...
