Paypal - Getting Your Money Back ?, by graeme501 on Aug 2, 2007 14:54:35 GMT 1, i bought a Dface off ebay, and the seller sent it to the wrong address, and chased up the post office, who took ages, and then gave him a check for the mighty sum of ยฃ34
i tried to claim back through paypal but it has been over 45 days, does any1 know if there is any way i can claim it back as on the resolution center it says no

Paypal have a chargeback service aswell - thing is your credit card company can communicate with paypal for you.

in the end we've agree'd that i will get half my money back, which is gd considering it was after the 45 days, and might have got none

He paid througha debit card & its too late for a paypal chargeback..
