Invasion of the art / print tubes, by paulx01 on Jul 25, 2007 19:17:17 GMT 1, Just an observation really ... neither here nor there
But where do you folks store your print tubes? Looking and listening some of you must have a whole state load of tubes specific to the different galleries and studios? Who's going to confess to arranging prized tubes according to Souled Out, POW etc (!?) This art interest is a strange business! Sure odd behaviours are likely to follow ... Do people move them from one place to another? I think it's great to see them photographed when selling on ebay!! (Fully aware of the need for provenance etc ).
Mine are standing and beginning to block the route from the bedroom to bathroom. Actually, they kind of look like an upright version of those bug boxes you buy from a garden centre / B&Q etc. I'm kind of expecting an enormous bug to emerge any time now, stick its fangs in with the possible result of looking like one of Paul Insect's exotically coloured dead cows ...
Don't know whether to post this ... it's Wednesday ... I'm just gonna take the risk! So thumbs up and a smile for everyone's art / print tubes

Invasion of the art / print tubes, by Aza on Jul 25, 2007 19:39:04 GMT 1, Haha yeah they can soon mount up! I usually throw them, and just keep a few for spares. But as I am currently selling a few bits I have found myself in the strange situation of needing to buy a few tubes!
So if anyone is about to throw some away let me know as I would appreciate them (postage paid of course)

Yeah - can't move for the bloody things... I keep expecting Super Mario to emerge slowly from one of them.
