I got as far as the payment and paid - i have the PROTX receipt but no confirmation from POW. I have emailed but they are obviously a bit mental today...
Should i worry or just sit back?

Cheers dude, was my first big purchase from POW so i hope it will be a pleasant experience - i was not enjoying the items being lost in the basket though, they really should sort that out. If thats for insect i don't even want to be in the country when a banksy goes live

Most likely because the punishment levels were lower than a banksy release.
They should stop sending the emails, let the word get around. Will spread the load much better on their machine.
By sending the mail, they just get totally smashed with requests in the space of 2 or 3 minutes.

Remembering the good old days and having enjoyable experiences lately with SOS and BRP I found myself on POW when everything was still available.... so decided to browse rather than spontaneously buy - big mistake! Once I decided what I wanted I tried to browse back just in time for the meltdown! Hey ho!
