If you go down to love box today (london) make sure you hide your booze. They're actually stealing all booze and opened soft drinks off their punters on the door so they can charge them £16 for five cans inside. They don't frisk or look very hard though so be clever. Also I saw the vodka jelly man get carted off by a heavy and K'naan was late onstage because the police went crazy on searching the band. Its seem's festivals under Gordon Brown are worryingly different. Also Sly and the family stone, which was the last gig last night got pulled half way through, no goodbye, f**k off home. So all in all i think you should boycott the sodding anal 'festival' if you haven't got tickets really, its sadly pretty soulless anyway. But hey, here's the best bit....






.... Its ironic that all these pieces deal with authority or oppression in a space that is fairly authorative and oppresive.
