I wouldn't worry. There's a lot of variation in the way the prints are stamped. The placement often varies between left and right in an edition and there are massive differences in how even the stamp is. Really depends on who at POW stamped the print and what mood they were in.
The stamp on my J&J is half off the page, which is also quite common. Stef often tried to avoid stamping on the printed area.

Looks fine to be honest, nice crisp stamp. Im sure you will find out when you see it that the stamp is convexed as normal.
Dont always believe what the camera tells you. I have taken pictures of POW blindstamps before and found the same phenomena. Weird..
