What you've got is 1 of 100, assuming that it's one of the original hand stencilled ones, certainly a tricky one to put a price on, why not stick it on ebay with a sizable reserve and see what happens?

Assuming this is one of the original hand-sprayed covers, I'd follow Art Republic's advice and speak to Sotheby's and/or Christies and/or some other auction houses. They're actually very amenable - after all there's money in it for them.
It may be one of 100 and not a particularly outstanding Banksy image (IMO), but I reckon there are likely to be very few out there in good condition. It's an early work and it's hand-sprayed - I therefore reckon if yours is in mint condition it will definitely fetch more than the value of a couple of unsigned prints; particularly, given the fact you have the email and original press release.
