Print buying and monthly earnings, by plymman on Jul 16, 2007 12:15:01 GMT 1, Following on from the thread about interest rates, mortgages etc.. I thought it'd be interesting to see what position users on this forum were in (anonymously of course).
A few years back I was a student and couldn't afford the £50 that POW wanted for Banksy prints, now I'm working I can't afford the £1000+ they're going up for! As much as I like them, if I'd have bought them back then I'd definately be selling them now, it would be financial insanity for me if I didn't!
Are your buying habits in keeping with your wages or does the credit card get hammered regularly?
With a mortgage and a little one on the way I'm lucky to get a spare £100 at the end of the month so I'm more a daniel danger man than a banksy collector!

So at least one ISA has gone, replaced by Minotaur Weapon. Who can argue with that, heh?
