Original Rats on ebay this week, real??, by smudger on Jul 3, 2007 11:55:47 GMT 1, Ok, of the 3 that were on ebay this week I'd go with this...
Item number: 280129146566 = Genuine, I'm about 85% on this, it looks right.
Item number: 200123315367 = Fake, 99% whiskers wrong and it just looks sloppy.
Item number: 300125855126 = Genuine, I've seen this around a few times and it ticks all the boxes.
Your thoughts? This is a fun game!

At the end of the day unless a piece of art is linked back to the artist it means nothing to claim its 'Genuine'. If someone wants to be 100s or 1000s for a piece and they like it that’s fine. But that’s just it, they pay for something they like. How can one claim that this is Banksy, for all we know it could have been Damien Hirst pissed one night coming back from the pub with a stencil and a black spray can !!
