Where will the madness ever end?

Record for CWS?, by bond on Jun 14, 2007 10:27:34 GMT 1, The Banksy market is now very similar to the property market !
Anyone who was in at the start is very lucky to have found the art when they did.
We are now getting to the point where only the rich can aford to buy and geniune lovers of the works are being priced out completely.
Signed work is simply out of the reach of most of us and in the last 2 weeks unsigned prints have started to kick on to new levels.
The only good thing about this is that people who bought a while ago have the option to raise a large amount of funds if they need to and can stand to lose their treasured piece.
The other silver lining is that it has opened up a lot of people's eyes to many other artists.
- I don't think we've seen the last of the madness !
